Tom Adducci, principal and founder of RecruitStream, has over 20 years of human resources experience in recruiting, compensation, mergers and acquisitions, human resources management and talent management consulting.

Tom was a co-founder of Launch! Venture Services, a human resources services company serving early stage and emerging technology corporations.

Additionally, he served as Director of Talent Management for ADC Telecommunications. His management responsibilities included global staffing, performance management, training and development, talent management systems, and HR leadership for talent and acquisitions.

Prior to this role Tom served as Director of Human Resources for ADC’s Integrated Solutions Group (ISG). During his four year tenure ISG grew from 50 employees with a revenue of $10M to nearly 2000 employees and revenues of over $250M. Tom was responsible for establishing the human resources infrastructure to grow the business, including payroll, Human Resources Information Technology, benefits, compensation and staffing. He also was a member of the M&A team responsible for integrating the three acquired companies and three ADC divisions that eventually formed the Group.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Tom is a graduate of Northwestern University where he majored in psychology. He also did graduate work at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a graduate of the Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan Business School.
