Throughout my career in Human Resources, I have found that there are always times when the need for staff exceeds company resources to meet demand. To bridge the gap, I often turned to traditional external resources, but was frequently dissatisfied. While retained search firms and contingency agencies can assist in getting positions filled, they can also be slow, inconsistent, and expensive. It occurred to me that there was a better way.

RecruitStream was born out of my vision that an external resource, closely partnering with its clients, could better identify and address their unique needs, and be consistently available whenever needs arise. I was also convinced that responsive, customer tailored service could be delivered at a lower cost. RecruitStream is intent on providing flexibility, value and high quality services to our clients. We offer full spectrum services from talent management consulting and full life cycle recruiting solutions, to tailored services including candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
